These beautiful high-quality wood coffee tampers are made from salvaged hardwood or off-cuts which would be too small to do anything else with. In the case of boxwood the wood used is too soft for engraving, so the coffee tampers are a perfect use for beautiful woods that would otherwise go on the fire. Hand-shaped and finished with olive oil, they just need an occasional oiling to keep in prime condition.
Woods in stock currently are spalted sycamore, walnut, boxwood, cherry.
Common sizes are often available from stock and other sizes can be made to order.
